do exercise means death?

Do u know a rabbit runs, hops and plays  but still only lives for 15 years,where as a turtle never runs hops or play and the only thing he dos is he sleeps and sit but still lives for 300 years ! so tell this example to the one who disturbs u sleeping and sitting on computer playing games! This example shows that exercise means death! and being lazy means Life!
